    All custom engraving orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content we deem inappropriate or offensive.

    For customized orders, all sales are generally final unless the product is defective or does not match the customer's order specifications. Prior to shipping our team will reach out electronically to ensure you are satisfied with the product or you have the right to return the items within 30 days should they not meet your expectations.     Ordering and Payment

    Orders are not binding until accepted by Fable & Forge. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

    Shipping and Delivery

    Fable & Forge ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are detailed on our website. Shipping outside of the United States is possible, but subject to shipping costs.

    We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

    Payment Methods

    We accept most major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard).

    All payments are processed securely. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any information differs, the payment may be declined.

    Pricing

    All prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

    Order Processing

    Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received and verified. Custom engraving orders will receive a digital proof for approval before engraving begins. Production times vary and are specified on our website.

    Invoicing

    Upon completion of your order, an electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid any delays.

    Late Payment

    Invoices are due upon receipt. A late fee of $25.00 will be added to invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

    Refunds and Cancellations

    Due to the custom nature of our engraved products, orders cannot generally be canceled or refunded once production has begun. For non-custom products, please refer to our Returns Policy.

    Chargebacks

    If a chargeback is placed on a purchase, we reserve the right to temporarily disable your access to the site until the issue is resolved.

    Modifications to the Billing Policy

    Fable & Forge reserves the right to modify this billing policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
