At Fable & Forge, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may need a different size or color. That's why we offer a transparent returns and exchanges policy for our valued customers. We guarantee your satisfaction with a general 30 day returns and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange most items. Some products may have specific return or exchange conditions. Customized objects returns are limited; however, unless otherwise directed, a digital proof will be provided prior to engraving to ensure satisfaction. Should the object have defects, Fable and Forge will either refund and/or provide a replacement where possible.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items once approved by the customer), and personal care goods. Sale items and customized items can only be exchanged or returned if they are defective.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Begin by contacting our customer service team through our website or by email at customerservice@fable-forge.com for a return or exchange authorization and detailed instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item, including any forms provided by our customer service team.

  3. Return or Exchange: Send your package using a traceable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return or exchange is processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item(s).

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please specify the desired item (size, color) when you contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. We will ship the exchange item to you at no additional shipping cost after receiving the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund without any additional shipping charges.
